GoPrint’s GS-4 is well suited for applications involving a single
station, multiple stations, multiple sites and campus wide implementation.
Your Systems Administrator can easily and securely configure, modify and
manage the GS-4 system by accessing the centralized, web-enabled
GoPrint
Control
Center
using a browser from any computer.
The
GoPrint
Control
Center
enables total control of your GoPrint GS-4. Here you can add print servers,
queues and paystations; you can modify the screen appearance of your
paystations, create price structures, define user classes and/or locations
for different rates and set up load-balancing rules, all to meet the unique
needs of your environment and do much more.
The administrative main page is divided horizontally into two main sections
with menus on the left.

The Print Servers section
enables control all aspects of your various print queues -- you can add new
ones, set different auto-deletion rules, load balancing parameters, banner
options and more.
The PayPoints section
is the gateway
to managing your station(s) or client popup. Here you define and configure
the settings for paystations -- you can name them, assign print queues,
create a custom appearance for the user interface with your
institution’s colors and logo and configure them for your card
handling hardware. In a similar manner, the PayPoints section enables control of the functionality and
messaging of the client popup.
The popout menus on the left allow easy access for managing the more
global aspects of the GS-4 system such as user accounts, global branding,
system configuration as well as access to the extensive array of over 120
usage reports.
