IT REALLY IS AS SIMPLE AS 1 - 2 - 3 !! Just like a vending machine!
Users submit print jobs from any network workstation. Print jobs are
sent to a designated print queue and held, awaiting release to the printer.
Print jobs are redeemed at the touchscreen PayStation.
1. Users simply touch their workstation or ID button
on the Touchscreen to view their print jobs.

| Your logo goes here in place of ours! |
2. Users may then select the jobs to print by touching the appropriate print job description button. Or they can leave nothing selected if they want all the print jobs. They continue by pressing the GoPrint button.

3. Users insert their debit card into the
card reader, which reconfirms the print job and the cost, then debits the
card for the correct amount to pay for the print job The print job is then
sent to the designated network printer where it is printed.

NOTE: If a user's card does not have sufficient credit to print the job,
the monitor will show a message advising the user of the amount still due.
The system will hold the print job in the queue until the user returns with
a revalued card. It will then debit the remaining balance due and release
the job for printing.
The system continuously scans the network for new print jobs and
constantly refreshes the touchscreen display.
You can even set up Quotas for students in place of or addition
to cards.
A Quota station enables the user to select and release print jobs by
charging them to a user account. QuotaStations are useful when a card
system is not available, or when user identification or integrated
accounting features are desired. Additionally, A Quota+PayStation can be
used to select and release print jobs by charging them to a user account or
by paying with a card. The user is given this choice when they reach the
payment screen at the station.
