GS-4 provides redesigned quota accounting features with true payment
methods (tender types) so that allowances, credit lines, and external
transaction servers are all treated equally from an accounting and
scheduled quota perspective. In other words, all system features are usable
with any payment method.

Purse Quotas - Setup initial quota deposits to provide funds by purse.
GS-4 provides the ability to set up multiple purses from which the user may
choose to draw funds. Users can pay with cash, stored value cards, student
quota accounts and one card system accounts at their choice, depending on
how your GoPrint system is configured.

Quota users always have the option to login from any web browser and
view their quota balances on all fund sources, quota transaction history,
and print job history from their personal account summary screen: this is also
integrated with the client popup.

Scheduled Allowances – You may establish use-it-or-lose-it

You can also authenticate with Active Directory (ADS), Novell (NDS) with
the aid of LDAP technology or establish external database authentication to
Radius, OpenLADP, Banner, and other 3rd party database sources.
