Centralized administration with all system controls can be accessed from
anywhere via a password-protected web interface to manage all system
components, settings, quota user accounts and to view reports.
1. Special administrative accounts can be created to perform a
wide-level of administrative tasks. Access can be scaled down to limit which
functions users are allowed to perform based on domain user accounts (LDAP)
and specific servers and stations.

2. Print jobs are directed to print queues where they are held pending
release. Administrators can optionally be notified of printer status
changes, such as paper out, via e-mail.
3. Print job pricing for each print queue is controlled by, and can be
easily changed by, the Administrator locally or remotely.

the administrator. Printers can have different prices assigned by the
Administrator (e.g. color, duplex, large format, etc.).
4.
Print jobs from specific sources, document types, or URL's (e.g. citations,
abstracts, OPAC, etc.) can be printed at no charge.
